Leading Travel Retail Organisation is seeking a proactive Training & Development Executive to support learning initiatives across its retail operations. This is a hands-on role combining facilitation, in-store coaching, and L&D operations, playing a key part in driving service excellence and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding programmes for frontline and corporate employees.
- Deliver service excellence training and reinforce brand standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide in-store coaching and feedback.
- Manage training platforms, registrations, and compliance-related programmes.
- Coordinate mandatory training including safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare training reports and track participation and effectiveness.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Review and improve L&D processes and SOPs.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Training & Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in training delivery or facilitation, preferably in retail or service environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative reporting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
