Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and improve products, systems, or processes in line with company objectives
- Conduct research, testing, and validation of new ideas and prototypes
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, production, and sales
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering support when required
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Electrical / Mechanical / Software Engineering) or related field
- Minimum [X] years of relevant working experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant tools/software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, programming languages, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
