Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries via calls, walk-ins and digital channels
• Build strong rapport with prospective parents and understand their childcare and educational needs
• Present and communicate the school's curriculum, programmes, learning outcomes and approach confidently and professionally
• Drive conversion of enquiries into centre visits and enrolments
• Conduct engaging centre tours for prospective parents
• Guide parents through the decision-making process
• Take ownership of enrolment follow-ups and closure activities
• Deliver a personalised and positive customer experience and build long-term relationships with parents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits and enrolment outcomes

Job Requirements:

• Min.Diploma in any discipline
• Min. 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the Early Childhood Education industry
• Sales-driven, results-oriented and motivated by achieving targets
• Willing to work weekends when required to support parent visits (time-off will be provided on weekdays)
