JOB SCOPE:
• Reply to daily sales orders and enquiries from customers via email and WhatsApp
• Attend to walk-in customers in Showroom
• Communicate sales information to customers via chats and emails broadcast
• Participation in trade shows, events and sales road shows
• Assist sales and marketing team as required
OBJECTIVES:
• Provide professional support for best customer experience and satisfaction
• Improve brand awareness in market place
• Be a team player in Sales and Marketing Team to achieve greater sales revenue
