Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and support Taylor Hobson’s main line metrology instruments, primarily in Singapore and across the ASEAN region as required
• Deliver application and product training to customers on-site or online
• Support service business activities, including AMECARE, repairs, and application training
• Conduct customer demonstrations, including test piece measurements and live or virtual demos
• Respond to customer technical and application-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with regional and international colleagues to ensure consistent service quality and knowledge sharing
