• Prepare service reports, quotations, and maintenance contracts
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC/chiller systems, with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of chiller systems (e.g., centrifugal, screw, scroll chillers)
• Familiar with BMS, cooling towers, pumps, and chilled water systems
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards (e.g., MOM, WSH in Singapore)
• Proficient in MS Office and report preparation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing large commercial or industrial HVAC projects
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BCA, BizSAFE, HVAC-related certifications)
• Class 3 driving license (Singapore) is an advantage
