• Organizes travel arrangements including hotel, hire car and visa, work permits, where required.
• Updating of travel data files, personnel data base, controlled documents
• To support sales engineers/customers in providing all quotations
• Assist in monitoring and updating job forecast schedule
• Occasionally required to work outside the normal office hours or weekends (home base or office) due to changing service demands.
• Assisting other team members as required

Requirements:

• Someexperience of using ERP systems / strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Salesand purchase ledger input experience
• Understanding and appreciation of working with ISO9001 quality system
