• Service water purifiers by performing routine maintenance to maintain optimal performance
• Repair water purifier systems promptly to minimize customer downtime
• Maintain clean and tidy workmanship in customers’ homes and offices to uphold company reputation
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Tami Services as a Service Technician and be the hands-on expert behind our water purification products. FULL TRAINING provided, you'll be joining a team of technicians who can assist you at every step

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Carry out installation, testing, servicing, repair and maintenance of Tami water purifier systems at customer premises.
• Ensure all plumbing connections are neatly and properly run, meeting quality workmanship standards with full training provide
• Represent Tami Services professionally at all times — courtesy and responsiveness are expected at every customer interaction.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid Class 2 licence
• Hands-on experience in plumbing, appliance servicing, or a related technical trade is preferred - BUT absolutely not necessary
• Meticulous, takes pride in clean and tidy workmanship — especially in customers’ homes and offices.
• Good interpersonal skills — able to communicate clearly and politely with customers and colleagues
• Willing to work occasional Saturdays when operational needs require - very rare
