The Centre Manager will oversee and supervise the day to day operations for the Senior Care Centre. These programmes have to take into consideration the well-being and safety of the clients at all times. The Centre Manager will also be in-charge of all necessary paper work and reports pertaining to the data and information of the clients.

Job Scope:

• Supervise staff (Health Assistant, Nursing Aides, and Nurses) and volunteers at the centre
• Coordinate with drivers on the transportation for clients’ door to door service and service delivery of staff.
• Initiate contact with various NGOs, corporations and schools to provide volunteer-based activities and sponsorships.
• Liaise with AIC on client referrals (IRMS) and arrange meetings with applicants’ family
• Conduct / Attend regular meetings, submit monthly activity reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration/ Social Science/ Psychology/ Counselling and Community Services
• Fluent in Mandarin - Majority of our clients and Next-of-Kin are mandarin speaking
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Must be a good team player with a passion to care for elderly clients
• Good communication and written skills
• Experience working in Nursing Homes / Senior Daycare

We are looking for a dedicated and diligent team player to join us as an IT Assistant for the following:

- Assist staff in troubleshooting matters

- Assist with Access Card activations / deactivations

- Assist in the issuance of laptop and desktop to all staff

- Assist with the purchase and stock take of all IT equipment

- Assist with all the documentation to keep track of IT equipment issuance

- Assist with the set up of any new IT equipment (eg: temperature scanner, thumb print scanner, etc)

- All other ad-hoc work

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in IT or equivalent studies.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as IT support
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Awareness of Cybersecurity is an added advantage
