What You'll Do
Greet walk-ins and handle payments for physiotherapy clients and PT renewals
Manage physiotherapy bookings accurately
Answer member enquiries in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp/email
Handle daily admin records, follow-up tasks
Be the first point of contact for member feedback and resolve issues calmly
Follow up proactively on outstanding customer issues and ensure resolution
Check in with members post-visit to gather feedback and maintain satisfaction
Keep the front desk running smoothly when the full-time team has signed off
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years of front desk, receptionist, admin, or customer service experience
Someone who takes ownership: you don't wait to be told twice
Comfortable handling a busy counter independently
Warm, professional, and good with people of all ages
A natural follow-through; you close the loop without being asked
Experience in a gym, clinic, or wellness setting is a bonus but not required
Proficient in basic computer use (Google Sheets)
