Duties:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer's enquiries via emails, hotline and in-person
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in email support.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
