Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including installation, testing, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, client product training, etc.
- Ensure timely, professional and service oriented response to service calls.
- Represents the company in customer care role, hence responsible for customer's satisfaction with communication and service work quality.
- Undertake transportation of (desktop) machines to & from site when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ ITE in Electronics/ Mechanical/Electrical engineering, IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Good time management and inter personal skills
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Possess class 3 driving license with/without own transport.
