Job Responsibilities :-

·      Design and develop audio visual/solutions including schematics, floor plans and wiring diagrams

·      Installation of audio visual systems, including equipment placement, cabling and integration with other systems

·      Ensure that all audio visual systems meet industry standards and project requirements

·      Test and troubleshoot audio visual systems to identify and resolve any issues

·      Create and maintain project documentation, including system manuals, as-built drawings, and testing report

·      Work with technical team to schedule and perform regular system maintenance, including firmware updates, software upgrades and hardware replacements

·      Stay up-to date with industry trends, technologies and best practices for audio visual system design and installation

·      Communicate project updates and status to project managers and clients as needed

·      Diploma/Higher Nitec in  Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, IT or related disciplines.

·      Candidate must be diligent and possess good communication skills – oral or written – to be able to interact with customers and suppliers effectively.

Job Title: Senior Software Developer (Enterprise Application Support & Delivery) – 12 Months Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Software Developer with a strong background in enterprise application delivery and production support within regulated environments. The role requires hands-on involvement across the full lifecycle, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing complex business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance enterprise-level applications in a production environment
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes

Senior IT Service Delivery Manager (12 Months Contract)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with strong Singapore Government project experience to lead the delivery and operational support of critical enterprise applications in a regulated environment. This role requires a strong blend of project delivery, application support, ITIL service management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery and support (Build + Run) of large-scale government ICT systems
• Manage multiple enterprise applications (10+ systems) including enhancements, maintenance, and BAU support
• Drive ITIL-based service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SLA governance)
• Engage stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into BRDs and delivery plans
• Manage vendors, SLAs, and performance governance across multiple teams
• Oversee UAT, release management, deployment, and post-production support
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards in government environments
• Lead Steering Committee meetings and executive-level reporting

Mandatory Requirements (Strict):

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery / Project Management
• Minimum 5+ years of Singapore Government / Public Sector project experience (Mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in Application support + project delivery (combined role)
• Managing multiple applications / portfolios
• Vendor management and SLA governance
• ITIL Certification (v3/v4) – Mandatory
• PMP or Scrum Master Certification – Mandatory
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects ($1M+ budgets)
• Strong expertise in tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Singapore Government agencies (e.g., BCA, GovTech, LTA, MOM, etc.)
• Exposure to Azure DevOps / .NET / SQL-based environments
• Experience in audit, compliance, and vulnerability management
