About the Role:

As a CBRE Customer Service Officer, you will provide information and resolve day-to-day issues in response to inquiries about products and services.

This job is part of the Call Center job function. They are responsible for providing end-to-end support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person, offering timely assistance for any FM related issue at site
  Operate the FM helpdesk, managing service requests, fault reports, and work orders
• Maintain CMMS records, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Generate periodic reports on service performance, asset status, and compliance
• Support onboarding, training schedules, and document control during transition
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for follow-ups and escalations
• Assist in procurement administration and invoice tracking
• Receive, screen, sort, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and courier items accurately and promptly.
• Process outgoing mail and courier items, ensuring correct labelling, documentation, and handover.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking logs for incoming and outgoing mail, including delivery acknowledgements where required.
• Coordinate with approved courier and service providers for daily operations and issue resolution.
• Operate and maintain mailroom equipment (e.g. scanners, franking machines) in accordance with instructions.
• Assist with other facilities or administrative support duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• At least 2 years of working experience in a call centre environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication and written skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a CBRE Centre Manager, you will support the Asset Manager to coordinate all aspects of a portfolio. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
• Ensure regular property inspections occur. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs, ensuring that issues get resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate tenants move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces and tenant improvement department.
• Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms. Prepare all required legal notices and coordinates legal action.
• Review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
• Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances.
• Gather data to provide information for the annual budget preparation process. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Min 8-10 years of relevant experience managing a team in a Mixed Development Building will be required
• Must be able to manage a big team of onsite stuff (executive, officers, technician, admin etc)
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to tenants. Ability to effectively present information.

• Handle notification of faults/breakdowns and complaints.
• Set up, manage, and use the call management system for caller identification, call tracking, voice recording, analysis and reporting.
• Respond to emergency calls, coordinate appropriate actions, and notify relevant parties.
• Manage all aspects of season parking and car park operations, including potential traffic/parking violation enforcement.
• Process bookings for meeting rooms, function halls, and parking (seasonal and visitor).
• Process security clearances, passes (e.g. Term Pass, Entry Pass), and providing escort for contractors and visitors.
• Record all service requests, complaints and feedback into the CMMS and SAP system.

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma/Higher NITEC or its equivalent, with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
