Core Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Email Management: Scheduling appointments, managing inboxes, and prioritizing daily, weekly, or monthly calendars.
- Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, alongside preparing detailed itineraries.
- Administrative Support: Filing documents, data management, taking minutes at meetings, and preparing reports.
- Communication Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact, screening calls, and handling correspondence.
- Personal Errands: Managing personal chores, including scheduling appointments, shopping, or personal appointments.
- Project Work: Conducting research, managing personal budgets, or organizing events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Organization: Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Experience: Previous experience as a PA, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role is typically preferred.
- Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and act on them without, or with minimal, supervision.
