Responsibilities

The company provides a competitive remuneration package for the recruited candidate. The fixed basic monthly salary is SGD 1,600, which is guaranteed regardless of monthly project performance. Apart from the base pay, eligible staff can earn extra income via performance-based commission calculated according to project completion progress, construction volume and settlement results of finished projects. Following the mainstream local employment practice in Singapore, employees on full-year employment are entitled to the 13th-month bonus as year-end reward. We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee onsite construction and project execution activities within a marine and shipyard environment. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving project progress according to schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Coordination & Project Execution

• Coordinate and supervise daily onsite construction activities to ensure project milestones and operational targets are achieved.
• Monitor work progress and ensure construction activities are executed according to approved schedules and project plans.
• Develop and manage production planning to ensure work activities follow the correct sequence while minimizing delays and rework.
• Ensure effective coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external stakeholders throughout project execution.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision, project execution, or shipyard operations
• Experience working within marine, offshore, oil & gas, heavy engineering, or shipbuilding environments will be advantageous
• Familiarity with Classification Society requirements and construction safety standards
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
