Join SH TEE SERVICES as a Project Coordinator to lead communication between site teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring timely project delivery and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients to provide regular construction progress updates and conduct technical briefings to ensure client alignment and satisfaction
• Interpret architectural drawings and project requirements to coordinate effectively with drafting and site teams, ensuring technical accuracy and smooth workflow
• Manage daily administrative and site workflows by tracking project progress using MS Excel and maintaining accurate payment and material inventory records
• Apply CRM techniques to respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve site-related issues, and maintain strong client relationships to support retention
• Oversee logistics and resource planning by coordinating the movement of construction materials and site resources to minimize errors and optimize operational efficiency
• Conduct proactive outreach to stakeholders, consultants, and potential partners to support and expand the company’s project pipeline

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Nitec in Architecture Technology or Diploma in Business Administration / Construction Management
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, client relations, or construction service operations
• Exceptional command of English and Mandarin to deliver presentations and liaise with bilingual stakeholders and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems or data tracking tools
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in construction environments with strong analytical thinking and customer-centric mindset
• Track record of "Outstanding Contribution" awards or experience in public speaking/hosting for client-facing engagements

Salary Range: $3,200 – $4,000 (Monthly)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead site operations, ensuring projects meet safety standards and schedules while bridging communication between management and a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site project activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
• Supervise and manage a team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts to maintain productivity
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to achieve a zero-incident work environment
• Manage project documentation, including progress reports and paperwork, using basic computer software for accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and timely issue resolution
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with management and clients to ensure clear information flow
• Utilize Bengali language skills to engage and manage migrant workforce communication effectively
• Adapt to working 6 days a week and shift systems as required by project demands
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address site challenges and maintain organized operations under pressure

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven 6-8 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in project management and computer use for reporting and communication
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for coordination with management and clients
• Willingness to work 6 days a week and adapt to shift systems
