What You'll Do:

• Analyzing Contract Documents: Dive deep into contract specifications, perform precise measurements, and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities.

• Contract Administration: Assist in managing contracts by preparing progress claims and collaborating with company's Clients' representatives on claims and variations.

• Tender Pricing: Request quotations, analyze prices, and prepare detailed bills of quantities to ensure competitive tender pricing.

• Claims Verification: Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims, preparing accurate payment certificates to maintain financial integrity.

• Engaging in Meetings: Participate in site and progress claim meetings to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

• Project Monitoring: After project completion, oversee the project during the defects liability period to uphold our commitment to quality.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications

The Opportunity
This is a leadership role where you will oversee end-to-end HR operations while partnering closely with management to drive workforce strategy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, and compliance

• Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Manage foreign workforce matters including work pass applications, renewals, quota planning, and levy administration

• Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws

• Review and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably within Singapore’s construction / engineering industry
