• Serve as the first point of contact for all administrative functions involved in the assigned project (work-site of construction project)
• Assist in answering queries or requests for information regarding the project.
• Keep all important documents, invoices, and contracts well maintained.
• Implement filing systems that make it easy to find any document quickly and efficiently.
• Respond to emails, letters, and telephone calls.

• Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and competitive pricing.
