Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for MANDYS SHOES’ social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create visually compelling graphics, animations, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate engaging campaigns and initiatives that boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
• Assist in designing and creating visual content for online advertisements, newsletters, and marketing collateral.

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media management tools.
• Strong portfolio that showcases your graphic design work and social media campaigns.
• Creative mindset with a solid understanding of current design trends and social media best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Candidates with experience in fashion brands will be prioritized.

With a growing pipeline of work in Melbourne, you’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering complex, high-impact projects that support trade, connectivity and coastal communities, while staying closely connected to our broader regional network.

How you’ll make a difference

• Lead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures, coastal infrastructure and waterfront developments.
• Own and manage packages of work, taking accountability for scope, program, technical delivery and client outcomes.
• Coordinate with AECOM teams across Australia and and across the globe, leveraging our design capability to deliver complex maritime infrastructure projects.
  Act as the client interface, building trusted relationships with port authorities, government agencies and private sector clients.
• Manage project delivery end-to-end, including design and commercial management, programme coordination and multidisciplinary technical integration.
• Provide leadership across maritime and coastal engineering disciplines, ensuring designs align with industry standards and best practice.
  Support the growth of AECOM’s Ports & Maritime capability globally, mentoring engineers and strengthening delivery teams.

How you’ll make a difference

• Own the day-to-day leadership of the ANZ creative function, guiding a talented team across ANZ to deliver consistent, high-quality brand and creative outputs aligned to regional and enterprise priorities.
• Bring campaigns to life - from BAU brand activity and toolkit governance through to marketing campaigns, bids, and client-facing materials that make an impact.
• Serve as the creative hub for the business, partnering with Marketing Managers, bid teams, and business line leads to translate briefs into compelling multi-channel content across digital, print, social, and video.
• Drive operational rhythm within the team, managing workflows, resourcing, and delivery schedules while embedding structured processes that raise the bar on quality and efficiency.
• Champion the adoption of modern creative tools and AI workflows, staying ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve how the team works and delivers.

This role will sit within our established Ports & Maritime team, with a focus on project and design management across a growing portfolio of work in NSW.

You’ll play a key role in both delivery and client engagement, contributing to strong project outcomes while helping to build capability locally.

• Provide leadership across design and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with industry standards
• Contribute to the continued growth of our Ports & Maritime capability in Newcastle and across NSW
