ROLE OVERVIEW

Interior architecture and FF&E run through the heart of WeCraft’s work. We are seeking an Intermediate Interior & FF&E Designer to take independent ownership of that scope, freeing senior capacity while raising the quality and pace of delivery. You will work closely with, and to the creative direction of, the Interior & FF&E Director, interpreting and extending WeCraft’s design language across your packages while exercising sound independent judgement.

You will develop interior-architectural design from concept through construction-ready documentation, design and specify furniture, fixtures and equipment, source materials and finishes to brief and budget, and work closely with the Maison WeCraft procurement team to bring schemes to life. You will also begin to guide our junior interior designer and coordinate with the offshore technical-design bench.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

—  Own interior-architectural design and documentation from concept to detailed construction and procurement sets, meeting client brief, budget and programme.

—  Design, select and specify FF&E; prepare FF&E schedules, finish boards and specifications for procurement.

—  Develop millwork, joinery and bespoke detailing in line with WeCraft’s craft-led design language.

Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end Hybrid IT architectures across:
• On-premises data centers (compute, storage, backup, disaster recovery)
• Private cloud and virtualization platforms
• Public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including landing zones and workload design
• Network, connectivity, identity, and security integration
• Define target-state architectures, transition strategies, and key assumptions.
• Develop architectural frameworks, standards, and models to guide solution design and delivery.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with industry best practices.

Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define business and technical requirements.
• Conduct and facilitate discovery workshops covering infrastructure, cloud, network, security, workplace, and IT operations domains.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between solution design and implementation outcomes.
• Partner with governance, risk, and compliance teams to define and implement data governance and information security policies.

Skillsets & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information & communication technology (ICT), Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems and large-scale ICT solutions, with a focus on Cloud and/or Hybrid IT architecture.
• Strong understanding of on-premises ICT architectures, including integration patterns, infrastructure design, and best practices for building scalable and high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with government and enterprise frameworks and standards (e.g., GCC 2.0), including compliance and security requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture principles, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), cloud security best practices, and cost optimization strategies.

We are seeking a Civil/Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in overseeing and contributing to the civil engineering aspects of our renewable energy and energy storage projects. This role involves collaboration with Civil & Structural (C&S) consultants, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and the seamless execution of engineering designs and construction processes. Key Responsibilities:

· Liaison with Consultants:
Collaborate with Civil & Structural (C&S) consultants to develop structural schemes and perform engineering analyses, ensuring that designs meet project requirements and industry standards, while contributing to the timely completion of projects.

· Civil Design Work:
Participate in the design and development of civil engineering aspects for the renewable energy and energy storage projects, such as infrastructure, drainage, site preparation, and earthworks.

· Project Oversight:
Oversee the design and implementation of civil engineering elements of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, BCA regulations, and SCDF safety requirements.

· Coordination and Communication:
Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and relevant authorities, coordinating between multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

· Project Meetings & Site Coordination:
Attend and contribute to project meetings and site visits, providing technical input and identifying solutions to engineering challenges, ensuring work is completed as planned and to a high standard of quality.

· Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that construction processes, site activities, and safety protocols align with local regulations and company standards, promoting a culture of safety across all stages of project development.

· Technical Documentation:
Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

· Education:
Minimum ITE/Diploma/Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field.

· Experience:
At least 2 years of working experience in civil/structural design or a consultancy company within the construction or engineering sector, with preference for experience in renewable energy or related projects.

· Knowledge of Regulations:
Familiarity with construction processes, local regulations, BCA, SCDF, and safety requirements.

· Additional Qualifications:
Possession of a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is a plus.

· Software Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and civil engineering software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D).

· Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with diverse teams.

· Language Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and vendors in Singapore and China.

· Travel Flexibility:
Willingness to travel overseas (including China and project sites in Asia) for training or project requirements.
