Lead and oversee the preparation, review, and quality assurance of AutoCAD 2D engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain drafting and BIM standards across projects, providing guidance on design visualization and best practices.
Supervise and coordinate site surveys, ensuring accurate updates to drawings and documentation.
Collaborate closely with project managers and discipline leads to consolidate drafting requirements and align deliverables with project objectives.
Mentor and support junior drafters, providing technical direction, training, and performance feedback.
Manage engineering documentation and administrative processes, ensuring timely submission, version control, and proper filing of drawings and records.
Drive continuous improvement in drafting workflows, introducing new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Represent the drafting team in project meetings, liaising with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments, demonstrating flexibility and leadership in addressing evolving project needs.
Job Requirement
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Bulk Gas / Specialty Gas
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret site blueprint and 2D/3D drawings with detailed understanding
Strong Communication Skill is required
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
As current project, candidate will be based at Tampines project site for at least 2 years.
Able to read, speak and write in English and Chinese is required to prepare operational status reports for both local and regional teams.

Generate and edit AutoCad 2D engineering drawings for submissions, adhering to established specifications and standards
Design visualisation is preferred
Participate in site surveys and update the drawings
Liaise with project in charge to consolidate drafting requirement
Assist in engineering related documentation/administration and any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Lead and work with project teams on drawings and documents for issuing and filing
Job Requirement
At least 1 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical drafting
Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) drafting standards
Able to use REVIT and AutoCad
Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
As current project, candidate will be based at Tampines project site for at least 2 years.
Able to read & write in English & Chinese for status reporting
