Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for technical drawings of more complex/large projects or oversees a team of drafters. Ensures that technical drawings are prepared according to time schedule and conform to specifications for construction

· Supervises and monitors the progress of shop drawings by team members for approval submission;

·Ensures the understanding and compliance of drawings with standards and specifications;

·Ensures understanding of project scope and requirements that impact accuracy of shop drawings;

·Prepares shop drawings and necessary documentation submission to main contractors/architects, etc;

·Prepares and updates status of shop drawing submission list for each project;

·Highlights and discusses any discrepancies on items/materials with relevant parties;

·Assists subordinates in the preparation of shop drawing details;

·Co-ordinates and arranges structural and architectural inspections with consultants;

·Prepares shop drawing schedule and submission to consultants for approval;

·Attends site meetings, progress and design meetings to provide status updates and resolves design and other issues;

·Works closely with project team members, clients and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects;

·Monitors and coaches the performance of team members;

·Promote steam spirit and ensures good morale exists among team members;

·Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Description:

• Coordinate the design documentation process to ensure drawings and specifications are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in accordance with project schedules.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather information, clarify design intent, and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Track design submissions, approvals, and revisions using registers and logs, ensuring version control and document traceability.
• Compile and organize drawings, specifications, and related documents for authority submission, tender, construction, and as-built purposes.
• Review drawings for completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements, flagging issues for the Design Manager’s attention.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs, design clarifications, and site queries to ensure timely resolution of technical matters during construction.
• Facilitate and document design coordination meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all design materials in both electronic and hardcopy formats for easy access and reference.
• Follow up with external parties (e.g. consultants, authorities) on pending design issues, submissions, and approvals.
• Monitor the design program and highlight any delays or risks to the Design Manager for corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements in all design submissions and drawings.
• Coordinate internally with drafting teams to implement design changes, align drawings, and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Participate in value engineering and design review exercises by consolidating information and preparing comparison documentation.
• Communicate design updates to relevant project stakeholders, ensuring alignment between site works and design intent.
• Carry out any other design coordination duties assigned by the superior to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Architectural/M&E discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in relevant industy
• Prior ID experience in construction/fit-out/building industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Ability to visualize instructions.

• Manage and supervise performing artistes (e.g., singers, dancers, DJs, hosts)
• Plan and coordinate performance schedules, rotations, and stage activities
• Ensure all performances meet the venue’s standards and entertainment objectives
• Conduct rehearsals, training, and performance evaluations for artistes
• Handle artistes’ attendance, discipline, and welfare matters
• Liaise with Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams for event execution
• Curate and improve entertainment programs to attract and retain customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Resolve any on-site issues involving artistes promptly

• Assist in managing and supervising performing artistes (e.g., singers, dancers, DJs, hosts)
• Coordinate and monitor daily performance schedules and stage rotations
• Support rehearsals, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure artistes maintain performance standards, grooming, and professionalism
• Handle attendance tracking, basic disciplinary matters, and welfare support
• Liaise with Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams for smooth show execution
• Assist in resolving on-site issues related to performances or artistes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
