Job Scope:
- Front desk duties – handling receiving and dispatching
- Manage and monitor pantry stock
- Familiarity with Coupa – vendor onboarding, raising PR, PO creation, Goods Receipt (GR), and invoice submission for payment processing
- Grants administration – PR/PO processes as above
- Provide logistics support for onsite events and meetings
- General administrative and ad hoc duties as required
- Backup support for Sales Admin colleague
- Fire warden responsibilities
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/front desk/reception experience, preferably within an MNC environment
- Experience in handling procurement and invoicing processes, including PR, PO, Goods Receipt (GR), and invoice submission
- Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement systems will be advantageous
- Good coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable handling front desk/reception duties and supporting onsite meetings/events
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Meticulous, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
- Prior experience within healthcare, pharma, or MNC environments will be advantageous
- Willing to take on ad hoc administrative and operational support duties as required
Additional Information:
- Contract duration: 12 to 18-month contract, renewable and convertible to perm
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
