Location: Bedok North
Working Hours/Date: Monday – Friday | 9am – 6pm
Salary: $2300 - $2700 [Depends on experience]
Job Responsibilities
•   Handle daily administrative and accounting functions
•   Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, receipts, and payment vouchers
•   Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
•   Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
•   Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and office coordination
•   Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external parties
•   Perform data entry and prepare simple reports
•   Assist in HR administrative duties including MOM submissions when required
•   Support general office operations and ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements
•   Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
•   Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in Admin & Accounts role,Â
•   Experience in Construction, Interior Design/Fit-Out, or Trading industry will be an advantage
•   Familiar with MYOB, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Monday.com, and other computer software
