JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidates MUST fluent in Mandarin as we are under China Group (Read & Write)
- Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
- At least 1 year of related experience will be an advantage
- Able to handle full set of account
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Preparation of daily & weekly reports
- Ensure all data or info are recorded and updated into system
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Full support to Account Executive
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
WORKING HOURS:
08:30am-05:30pm (Mon to Fri)
08:30am-12:30pm (Sat)
