The role is responsible for managing a full spectrum of corporate secretarial services for the firm’s clients, primarily private limited companies. Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a Singapore corporate secretarial firm, with strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and corporate governance practices.
