Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems in an organized and efficient manner.
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
Support product sample management, including coordinating sample arrangements, maintaining stock records, conducting regular stock counts, and submitting updated stock lists to relevant sales teams on a bi-weekly basis. Collaborate closely with team & Management to ensure that stock inventory aligns with all initiatives.
Customer sampling - To pack and label the samples correctly and dispatch them to customers or suppliers. Email pre-alert with tracking/consignment note to inform customer/supplier is required.
