⢠Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily accounts and administrative tasks
to ensure seamless operations.
⢠Accounts Payable: Handle AP invoices and manage all outgoing payments
efficiently.
⢠Communication: Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the
organization for related tasks.
⢠Documentation: Maintain proper filing and documentation for easy access and
reference.
⢠Timely Execution: Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and kept up
to date.
⢠Additional Tasks: Take on any other tasks as requested by your superior or
management.
(Job Requirements):
⢠Educational Background: Possess at least a Higher SPM/STPM/LCCI
qualification.
⢠Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
⢠Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles is
essential.
⢠Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software.
⢠Experience: 1-2 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts.
