Job Summary

Manage core accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately to maintain financial records
• Manage tenants invoices, payments, and staff claims to ensure timely and correct processing
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
• Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports to support management decisions
• Organize and maintain accounting documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and banks to facilitate financial audits and compliance requirements
• Execute ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks to support the finance department’s operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• GCE “O” or “A” Level; Diploma or equivalent professional certificates
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or similar

Admin Assistant (QA – F&B) – Up to $3,200 | North-East | 5 Days Work Week

Location: North-East Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,200/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance requests and preventive servicing for outlets and Central Kitchen
• Maintain service contracts and equipment documentation
• Generate and track maintenance schedules
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), liaise with Finance on payments
• Support dispatch of QA supplies to outlets
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers on maintenance and operational matters
• Handle administrative duties and support QA team initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
• Preferably with relevant administrative or coordination experience (F&B/retail environment is a plus)
• Able to communicate in English & Chinese (to liaise with vendors and review documents)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team

• Provide administrative support to the marketing & leasing team by preparing tenancy and/or sales agreements, as well as input and update tenants and tenancy details.

• Perform marketing coordination functions, include handling of calls, emails, etc. and maintenance of data bases.

• Assist in all marketing, sales and leasing activities including online and social media platforms.

• Follow up on contractual documents, mass mailing letters & reminders as well as preparation of progress reports.

• Manning the hotline for sales and marketing to filter and route potential prospects to marketing colleagues.

• To provide centralized administrative function /support to ensure smooth operations of the company such as ordering of get-well baskets and/or wreath for employees or their families, handling of petty cash submissions, manage & execute travels and hotel arrangements as well as name card ordering and stationery requisitions.

• Provide administrative support to the project development team which includes printing, coordinating the signing of and scanning of development related documents, and preparing letters to government authorities for development projects as well as filing of drawing plans.

• Any other ad hoc administrative duties including assignments given by immediate supervisor.
