主要職責:
- 負責招募和甄選流程,包括職缺、履歷篩選、面試和錄用決定,確保甄選出頂尖人才以滿足組織需求。
- 協調外籍勞工的簽證和工作許可辦理流程,確保符合移民法。
- 主導員工入職和離職流程,包括入職培訓、文件審核和離職面談,以確保新員工和離職員工順利過渡。
- 處理員工關係事宜,包括衝突解決、紀律處分和營造積極的工作環境。
- 協調員工培訓和發展計劃,確定培訓需求,協調培訓計劃,並評估培訓計劃的有效性,以提高員工的技能和能力。
- 隨時了解相關的勞動法律、法規和行業趨勢,確保遵守法律要求,並更新和維護人力資源政策、程序、員工手冊,必要時將變更傳達給員工。
- 管理人力資源行政任務,例如維護員工記錄、管理人力資源資料庫,確保準確性並符合法律要求。
- 與包括財務和營運在內的跨職能團隊合作,支援人力資源計劃,解決問題,並提高組織效率和效能。
資格和技能:
- 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位/文憑。
- 在人力資源職位上擁有豐富的經驗,其中至少有3年擔任高階人力資源職務的經驗。
- 在領導人力資源計畫和專案方面擁有成功經驗,能夠提高組織效率和員工敬業度。
- 精通人力資源原則、實務和勞動法,尤其擅長招募、員工關係和績效管理。
- 熟練瑞銀系統、微軟辦公室軟體及其他人力資源相關軟體應用。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立工作並處理多項任務。
The main line of business for Seik Lam Components Industries Sdn. Bhd. is the supply of quality metal parts, components and assemblies for the engineering industries. The company was founded in 1978 by Lee Kum Weng as a small workshop in Segambut, outskirt of Kuala Lumpur. With Lee's many years of experience and acquired engineering knowledge and skills, in the beginning the company only undertook jobbing orders for design and fabrication of tools and dies. In 1992, Seik Lam was established as a Sdn. Bhd. (Private Ltd) company. Since then, the company's growth has been very encouraging. With prudence, it has weathered through several economic crises. It has since modernized with up-to-date CNC machineries and diversified into mass and batch production with a healthy market share both local and export. We are an established manufacturer of steel metal components in the market for more than 48 years. Our company produces variety of metal parts for engineering industries. With the expansion of business and the company is moving towards ISO 9001:2008 standards, we are welcoming interested candidates to join our group.
