We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Manager to oversee administrative operations and financial management. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficiency of office activities while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage full sets of accounts, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and capital expenditure.
- Support statutory audits, tax computations, GST reporting, and preparation of audited financial statements.
- Administer payroll processing and employee expense claims.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance; ACCA or professionally qualified candidates preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full set accounting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and external parties.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
