Requirements:
- Age 20 - 30
- Good work attitude, strong moral values, and great communication skills
- Team player with adaptability, able to work independently
- Fluent in BM, English, and Mandarin
- Basic computer skills
- At least SPM or related diploma (Fresh grads are welcome!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, including checking details and processing invoices
- Know our products and pricing to ensure accurate info
- Double-check orders placed by salesmen to confirm product, price, and quantity
- Handle daily office tasks (e.g., filing, receiving packages, welcoming visitors)
- Assist and track admin work to keep daily operations smooth
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Saturday, 9am - 1pm
