Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices and sales orders
• Follow up with customers on orders and delivery status
• Coordinate with warehouse regarding stock and deliveries
• Key in data and update records in the company’s in-house accounting system
• Handle basic customer enquiries
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Perform general administrative duties

Job Requirements :

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word)
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates or school leavers who did not continue their studies are welcome to apply
• Experience in admin or sales support is an advantage

Job Description

• Extract and review information from the case management system to identify cases requiring follow-up reviews
• Ensure timely scheduling of case reviews and track progress against key milestones using Excel-based monitoring systems
• Liaise with Protection Officers (POs), Supervisors, Protectors, and other stakeholders to coordinate case reviews
• Compile and distribute necessary documents to internal and external panel members prior to review sessions
• Monitor utilization rates of case review platforms and generate analytical insights
• Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Detail-oriented with experience in data management and administrative tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills when engaging internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
