- Provide sales and administrative support to Win.Win Digital Security Pte Ltd and its related companies.
- Processing of sales order, sales invoice, delivery order, packing list and any documents in relation to sales delivery to customers.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Listing.
- Follow-up on progressive payment and outstanding payment from customers.
- Other ad hoc assignments from Company.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related working experiences in Sales administrative support duties.
- Able to multi-task with good organising skill.
- Good communication skill in English.
- IT skill: Microsoft Office and any accounting software.
- As this is a 3 WD position, candidates must work on Tues and Fri, plus 1 fixed WD of his preference. Working hours from 9am to 6pm (including 1 hr lunch)
