Job Summary
You will support daily service and project operations, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with clients and suppliers. The role also involves assisting in costing, tender submissions, and finance coordination to ensure smooth project execution and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service and project schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and manage documents such as invoices, reports, and delivery notes
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams to facilitate communication
- Track job progress and ensure timely submission of deliverables
- Assist in preparing quotations and basic cost estimates
- Support tender submissions and documentation
- Assist in processing variation orders (VO) and cost tracking
- Maintain accurate pricing and costing records
- Assist in invoice submission and follow up on payments
- Monitor purchase orders (PO) and billing status
