• Job Title: Administrator II – Office Admin

Main Responsibilities

• Handling financial administration, including transaction processing, payment vouchers, and tax-related matters.

• Managing expense claims and travel bookings via SAP Concur and coordinating logistics.

• Maintaining accurate records and document control for invoices, financial, and legal documents.

• Overseeing office operations, including maintenance, asset tracking, and contract management.

• Coordinating with vendors for IT equipment and office infrastructure.

• Supporting regional operations and events (ASEAN) and liaising with cross-functional teams.

• Providing general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3+ years of office administration experience.

• Basic knowledge of finance / accounting processes.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
