JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee the day-to-day office administrative functions at the Site Office and report to the Project Manager.
- Handle site office management (stationery, equipment, filing systems).
- Maintain site documentation including reports, drawings, delivery orders, etc.
- Liaise with HQ on submissions of the timecards, leave forms, course registration forms, etc.
- Liaise closely with HQ’s Administration and HR Departments.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a site admin or similar role in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and processes
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently at site locations
- 5.5 days/ week
