Role: Recruitment Operations Assistant (Remote)
We are a fast-growing financial advisory team looking for a Recruitment Operations Assistant to support our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, FastJobs)
- Conduct initial screening (script provided)
- Arrange interviews via booking system (Calendly)
- Send reminders and follow-ups to candidates
- Maintain candidate tracking sheet
Requirements:
- Strong English communication
- Organized and responsive
- Comfortable with messaging and scheduling tools
KPI:
- 5–10 qualified interviews booked per day
Working Hours:
- Flexible (aligned to Singapore time)
Compensation:
- Base + performance bonus per successful show-up
