Responsibilities:

· To provide sales administrative support to the Sales Team.

· Assist in the preparation of delivery order, purchasing order and invoicing

· Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses

· Maintain good filing, photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences.

· Prepare schedule plan and arrange delivery

· Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Administrative experience in the sales department is a plus

. Daily AR function which include keying and update of the entire DO

· Responsible for providing supports to accounts department

· Perform sorting, filing and scan documents, documentation work

· Handling in-comings calls

. Handle general administrative duties

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
