Job Brief:

This role will be responsible for ensuring the correct US GAAP and IFRS accounting treatment for all lease agreements (real estate, operating and finance).  This role will support the business for forecasts, budgets and analysis relating to leases. Responsibilities & Duties

Lease Management, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Ensure close process, month end review and flux analysis for leases is completed on a timely basis.

• Preparation of complex and approval of standard monthly reconciliations and journal entries to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the financial statements.

• Assist in preparation of lease reporting to Corporate on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years of Leases experience and 2 years in a global organisation.
