Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Accounting, with professional qualifications from any recognised bodies such as CPA, CIMA, MIA or ACCA, preference will be given to candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of Company Tax, SST, E-invoice and Finance.
• Able to handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
• Proficient in English, able to write and communicate effectively. Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage.
• Good in interpersonal and problem-solving, attention to details, alert and well-organised. Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Matured, self-motivated and able to meet tight work schedules and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS office and other relevant software.

 Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings, including Company Tax, SST, and E-invoicing, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any accounting-related issues.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy.
