About the Role:
Take your passion for numbers and auditing to the next level! As a Gaming Audit Officer, you will ensure compliance and accuracy across casino operations, including Cage, Slot, Table Games, and Premium Player programs. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while gaining hands-on experience in casino auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Cage transactions: Fill Bank, Main Bank, Marker Bank, Windows, and vault activities
• Track and reconcile Slot and Table Game transactions, including manual jackpots
• Conduct meter readings and physical counts of cash and tokens
• Audit Premium Player and Junket Programs per agreements
• Ensure Foreign Exchange transactions are accurate and compliant with regulations
• Prepare daily exceptions reports and follow up until resolved
• Support Soft Count Room duties and other daily audit tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting or Auditing
• Strong numerical, communication, and service skills
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles; casino experience a plus
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Gaming Audit Officer (Finance / Accounting)

Location: Central Singapore

Employment type: Full-time

Working days: 5-day roster, weekends included

Shift timing: 8.00am to 6.00pm OR 11.00am to 8.00pm

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

Job scope

• Perform operational and compliance audits across assigned gaming areas and processes

• Verify transactions, supporting documents, and audit trails, highlight exceptions and irregularities

• Support audit checks for electronic gaming operations, including slot machine related checks where assigned

• Prepare audit working papers and reports, ensure documentation is complete and accurate

• Follow up with internal stakeholders on findings, corrective actions, and process improvements

• Support ad hoc audit assignments, reconciliations, and data verification as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in audit, accounting, operations audit, or compliance

• Open to strong junior candidates with good fundamentals and willingness to learn

• Comfortable with rostered shifts and weekend work

• Willing to work in a casino operational environment when assigned

• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong in Excel
