Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager, Regional Human Capital Management (HCM), plays a critical role in supporting and driving regional HR initiatives across Company Group subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO). • Experience with Workday, competency development, and collateral design (e.g. Canva) would be advantageous.

• Good stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Excellent coordination and project management skills to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am to 6.00pm
