This role will be involved in project marketing, branding, campaign execution, business development support, tenant / prospect engagement, market research, proposal preparation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities for company projects, commercial spaces, sales gallery activities, launches, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate digital and offline marketing materials, including social media content, website updates, advertisements, brochures, signage, EDMs, presentation decks and other collaterals.

Job Requirements

工作職責

• 在柔佛和馬六甲地區開發新客戶並拓展業務

• 推廣公司產品，包括自動化組件、氣動系統、感測器、精密測量設備和工程解決方案。

• 提供技術諮詢和產品推薦

• 準備報價並跟進銷售機會

• 與工程師、採購團隊和工廠管理層保持良好的關係

• 實現銷售目標並為公司成長做出貢獻

職位要求

• 機械工程、機電一體化工程、電機工程或相關領域的文憑/學位

• 具備工業自動化、工程零件、包裝機械、半導體設備或製造業經驗者優先考慮

• 能夠用英語和國語溝通，為講國語的客戶提供支持

薪資福利

1. Khidmat Pelanggan

• Untuk mengendalikan panggilan masuk dan pertanyaan secara terus.
• Untuk menapis pertanyaan dan panggilan, memberikan maklumat mengikut keperluan.
• Untuk membantu Kaunselor Pendidikan, membuat panggilan kepada pelajar/ibu bapa untuk susulan dan temu janji.
• Membantu Kaunselor Pendidikan memproses permohonan pelajar.

2. Organisasi Pejabat

• Untuk mengekalkan kekemasan pejabat, memastikan ruang kerja yang bersih dan teratur.
• Untuk mengisi semula stok dan mengemas rak buku, memastikan prospektus mudah didapati.
• Untuk memastikan kawasan kitar semula bersih dan tersusun rapi.

3. Dokumentasi dan Penyelidikan

• Untuk membantu dalam penyelidikan, pengemaskinian dan penyimpanan maklumat dalam pelbagai fail, termasuk biasiswa, pengiktirafan profesional, borang permohonan dan yuran institusi.
• Untuk melakukan kemasukan dan pengemaskinian data.

4. Pengurusan Acara
