Evaluate and optimize treatment processes to achieve technical and economic objectives.
Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and process design documents.
Perform engineering calculations, including:
Water balance calculations
Chemical dosing calculations
Membrane system design
Tank sizing calculations
Hydraulic calculations
Sludge generation calculations
2. Equipment Selection and Cost Estimation
Select and specify major treatment equipment, including:
Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
Ultrafiltration (UF) systems
Electrodeionization (EDI) systems
Mixed Bed systems

Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) systems

Menyediakan sebut harga dan memproses pesanan jualan dengan tepat.
Berkoordinasi dengan pelanggan, pembekal, gudang dan pasukan logistik mengenai jadual penghantaran.
Pantau status pesanan dan pastikan penghantaran kepada pelanggan tepat pada masanya.
Menindaklanjuti sebut harga tertunggak dan keperluan pelanggan.
Mengekalkan rekod pesanan dan transaksi pelanggan yang tepat.
Membantu menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan dan isu berkaitan perkhidmatan.
Menyokong pasukan jualan dalam urusan operasi dan pentadbiran harian.
Keperluan
Diploma/Ijazah dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pemasaran atau bidang berkaitan.
Graduan baru digalakkan untuk memohon.
Kemahiran komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Prepare quotations and process sales orders accurately.

Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related issues.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts in the pure water and waste water sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering, knowledge of waste water treatment processes, and a passion for contributing to a sustainable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pure water and waste water industry, including municipal and industrial clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
