Job Description

• Chemically clean parts, often engine components, to remove coatings, rust, paint, carbon, and grease before inspection or repair (like FPI).
• Follow specific operation sheets, manuals, and SPOP (Standard Process Operating Procedure) specifications for each job.
• Add chemicals to tanks, monitor solution concentrations (pH, temperature), test solutions, and manage waste, ensuring material reactivity knowledge.
• Operate and monitor cleaning line equipment, pumps, filters, and tanks, assisting maintenance as needed.
• Verify part numbers, check for correct processes, identify faulty operations, and maintain meticulous records/paperwork.
• Wear protective gear (gloves, masks, suits) and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Job Description

• Act as the MLRO for a regulated MPI, leading regulatory engagement, inspections, and ongoing supervisory matters with MAS.
• Oversee group-wide compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements.
• Build and enhance compliance frameworks, policies, governance structures, and internal controls.
• Lead financial crime compliance (AML/CFT, sanctions, ABC) including risk assessments, monitoring frameworks, and control effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong experience within payments, fintech, or regulated financial services, with deep familiarity with the Payment Services Act (PSA).

• Strong track record managing regulatory engagements, licensing, audits, and regulatory interactions
• Experience building or scaling compliance frameworks across multiple entities or jurisdictions
