Peranan dan Tanggungjawab:

1. Operasi & Penyelenggaraan Fasiliti

• Memantau dan menyelenggara sistem infrastruktur kritikal, termasuk HVAC (pemanasan, pengudaraan, penyaman udara), UPS (bekalan kuasa tanpa gangguan), penjana sandaran, sistem pemadaman kebakaran, sistem keselamatan dan sistem elektrik.

2. Pemantauan Prestasi Sistem

• Memantau data prestasi sistem elektrik, mekanikal dan HVAC secara berterusan bagi memastikan ia beroperasi dengan cekap dan dalam parameter yang selamat.
• Gunakan sistem pengurusan bangunan (BMS) atau perisian pemantauan untuk menjejaki keadaan persekitaran (suhu, kelembapan, aliran udara) dan status peralatan.
• Menyediakan makluman dan pemberitahuan masa nyata untuk sebarang kegagalan kritikal, anomali atau penyimpangan daripada keadaan operasi yang boleh diterima.

3. Penyelenggaraan Pencegahan dan Pembetulan

• Membangunkan dan melaksanakan jadual penyelenggaraan pencegahan (PM) untuk semua sistem kritikal, termasuk sistem elektrik, mekanikal dan HVAC, untuk meminimumkan masa henti yang tidak dirancang.
• Melakukan penyelenggaraan pembetulan ke atas kerosakan peralatan, termasuk penyelesaian masalah, diagnostik, dan pembaikan peralatan.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan piawaian industri dan peraturan tempatan untuk keselamatan, kecekapan dan kebolehpercayaan.

4. Tindak Balas Kecemasan dan Pengurusan Insiden

• Berfungsi sebagai titik hubungan utama untuk kecemasan berkaitan kemudahan, termasuk gangguan bekalan elektrik, kegagalan HVAC dan penggera kebakaran.

7. Kecekapan Tenaga dan Kemampanan

• Pantau penggunaan tenaga dan terokai peluang untuk meningkatkan kecekapan tenaga dan mengurangkan kos operasi sambil mengekalkan kebolehpercayaan.
• Mengesyor dan melaksanakan penaiktarafan atau penambahbaikan pada sistem yang meningkatkan kecekapan tenaga dan mengurangkan jejak karbon (contohnya, mengoptimumkan operasi HVAC, meningkatkan kecekapan pencahayaan).
• Membantu mencapai matlamat kemampanan dan pematuhan dengan piawaian bangunan hijau seperti LEED atau BREEAM.

8. Pengurusan dan Penyelarasan Vendor

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan vendor dan kontraktor pihak ketiga untuk menjadualkan penyelenggaraan, mendapatkan sebut harga dan menyelia penyampaian perkhidmatan untuk pelbagai perkhidmatan kemudahan.
• Pastikan vendor memenuhi perjanjian tahap perkhidmatan (SLA) dan mematuhi piawaian keselamatan, kualiti dan pematuhan.
• Menyelaras dengan pihak luar untuk pembaikan atau penaiktarafan utama pada sistem bangunan (cth., elektrik, HVAC, pemadaman kebakaran).

9. Dokumentasi dan Pelaporan

• Mengekalkan rekod terperinci bagi semua aktiviti penyelenggaraan, pemeriksaan, pembaikan dan insiden.
• Jana dan analisis laporan mengenai prestasi sistem, penggunaan tenaga, aktiviti penyelenggaraan dan metrik operasi untuk semakan pengurusan.
• Menyediakan dan mengemukakan laporan mengenai status kemudahan, termasuk kecekapan tenaga, masa operasi dan aktiviti penyelenggaraan yang dirancang.

10. Perancangan Kapasiti dan Reka Bentuk Infrastruktur

• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan IT dan operasi untuk merancang keperluan kapasiti dan penaiktarafan infrastruktur pada masa hadapan.

• Ensure documentations for sales are prepared on time.
• Ensure logistic requirement are arranged accordingly for timely delivery.
• Ensure customer’s inquiry and requisition are attended promptly.
• Ensure relevant reports are submitted on time
• Update existing and new customer registration
• Handle cold calling of potential customers
• Follow up on collection
• Promote and market Company’s products.
• Prospect new customer.
• Attend Walk In customer.
• Process and prepare documentations (Sale quotation, Delivery Order, Invoices, and other documents associated with Sales).
• Support on project costing
• Attend monthly Sales Meeting, Sales Order Meeting & Debtor Meeting.
• Coordinate with logistic arrangement when necessary.
• Assist in trade fair/exhibition as and when required.
• Analyses the daily, weekly and monthly sales performance
• Others jobs associated with sales matters delegated to you from time to time
• Any other duties assigned by the management as and when required

Qualification

• Degree or at least three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity
• 3 years working experience in sales department.
• Preferable computer literate. Ability to handle multiple priorities
• People management skill
• Good interpersonal skills
• No physical disability
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Major in Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science / Agronomy / Horticultural Science / Plantation Management / Agriculture OR ANY RELATED COURSES

• Strong knowledge and interest in Agriculture

• Marketing Support

- Assist in planning, managing, and organizing marketing video schedules and timelines

- Familiar with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other relevant applications

- Support marketing video shoots and in-field marketing activities

- Assist in visual content creation and editing

- Able to communicate and deliver information effectively, especially to large groups

• Technical Support

- Assist the technical team during farm visits

- Support data collection, recording, and basic agronomic documentation

- Provide general agriculture knowledge and guidance to farmers

• Basic Sales Support

- Assist the sales team in sales-related activities

- Support the sales team during roadshow and product knowledge events

Location: Ipoh, Perak.

Working Hours: Daily: 9.00am - 6:00pm (Weekend Rotation Required)

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Manager to take full ownership of our EV showroom operations. You will be the "Captain of The Ship", ensuring the showroom is pristine, the administrative workflow (from booking to delivery) is flawless, and the brand generates excitement through digital channels and local roadshows.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Operations & Sales Management

• Customer Experience: Manage the end-t-o-end customer journey. Ensure every walk-in or appointment receives a premium, consultative experience regarding EV technology.
• Sales Leadership: Set monthly targets, monitor sales pipelines and personally handle high-value VIP clients.

Sales Administration

• Documentation: Oversee the end-to-end administration of sales files. Ensure all bookings are recorded in the CRM immediately.
• Financial Processing: Coordinate with banks/financiers for loan approvals and process customer down payments/invoices.
• Registration & Compliance: Handle all liaison with regulatory authorities (e.g., DMV/JPJ/LTA) for vehicle registration, road tax, and insurance issuance.
• Delivery Schedule: Coordinate the Pre-Delivery Inspection(PDI) and schedule the handover ceremony with the customer.

Brand Awareness & Marketing

• Social Media: Manage the official social media pages (IG/FB/TikTok). Post daily stories, answer inquiries within 1 hour, and create content (videos/photos) showcasing new features or deliveries.
• Events & Roadshows: Plan and execute 1-2 off-site roadshows or pop-up test drive events per month to generate leads.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Automotive Sales, Retail Management, or Hospitality. Experience with EVs or Luxury vehicles is a distinct advantage.
• Admin Proficiency: High attention to detail, Familiarity with loan processing, insurance cover note and vehicle registration documentation is essential.
• Digital Savvy: Comfortable using Canva (for basic design), editing short videos for Reels/TikTok, and managing leads via Whatsapp/CRM software.
• Attitude: A "hands-on" leader who doesn't mind moving cars, cleaning displays, or handling paperwork.
• Schedule: Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays (with off-days on weekdays).
