Job Description

• Create and manage social media content for company platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and develop creative content including photos, videos, and short reels
• Write captions and schedule posts regularly
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions
• Capture product photos and videos for promotional use
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new ideas

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Able to create simple video content and editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Creative, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Own smartphone for content creation

Working Hours

• Part-time (2–4 days per week or flexible schedule)
• 4–6 hours per day (flexible)

Salary & Benefits

• RM15 – RM25 per hour (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

• Handle sales documentation for property sales and purchases. 处理房地产买卖相关销售文件。
• Prepare booking forms, SPA documents, loan documentation, and purchaser files. 准备订购表格、买卖合约（SPA）、贷款文件及客户档案。
• Coordinate with purchasers, bankers, lawyers, and internal departments. 与买家、银行、律师及内部部门进行协调沟通。
• Monitor sales progress, loan approval status, and SPA signing. 跟进销售进度、贷款审批及买卖合约签署情况。
• Update sales records, purchaser database, and project reports. 更新销售记录、客户资料及项目报告。
• Assist sales team in administrative and operational matters. 协助销售团队处理行政及日常事务。
• Handle billing, receipts, rebate records, and payment tracking. 处理账单、收据、回扣记录及付款跟进。
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management. 准备每周及每月销售报告给管理层。
• Ensure proper filing and documentation compliance. 确保文件归档及资料完整符合公司要求。
• Attend to purchaser inquiries and provide after-sales support. 处理客户咨询及售后服务事项。

JOB TASKS:

• To handle day to day accounting functions and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and follow-up matters.
• To maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
• Facilitate and prepare the monthly SST report and submission.
• To handle general administrative task and clerical support.
• The ability to operate and navigate e-invoicing software, have knowledge of how e-invoicing systems integrate with existing accounting, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), to ensure smooth data flow and automation.
• Other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Finance / Accounting, others or equivalent.
• Required minimum 2 year of working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates in relevant discipline are encourage to apply.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office Accounting system will be an added advantage.
