Job Scope
Update stock system accurately for goods received. Check acknowledged delivery orders to purchase orders and generate goods received notes to be passed to accounts department.
Print customer invoices and preapre for mailing every week.
Maintain stock system accurately with last buy and selling price, product photos, description and quantity.
Create new stock code and description accurately.
Immediately investigate and rectify any discrepancies between physical stock and system stock.
Other inventory related work assigned by superior.

Qualifications & experience
STPM / Diploma graduates / Degree
Fluent in English, Chinese (advantage) and Bahasa and able to write well in English.
Able to use Microsoft Excel and Words confidently.
Lighting sales experience will be an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Dialux or other lighting design software / Project management experience will be a plus.
Handle customers' enquiries, received via email, WhatsApp and phone.
Prepare and follow up on quotations sent.
Generate sales pipeline and follow up sales leads, ensuring timely communication to track prospects from initial contact to closed sale.
Deliver excellent sales and after sales service to customers.
Timely response to customer enquiries and feedbacks.
Promote company products to existing customers and explore opportunities with new customers.
Manage payment collections from own customers in accordance with The Company terms.
